in my opinion it is obvious that staff want biofuel to be a thing people can mass produce but after seeing not one not two but 3 attempts at people industrializing biofuel it is apparent that the main killer is lack of heated pressure chamber space, with the amount of corn and sugarcane you need you get less than 8 per machine while having to attend to a lot of machines to make it viable, people want to let the machines sit for a bit not constantly tend to them, obviously this change would nerf the amount of energy biofuel gives but i think giving 2 rows of input in a heated pressure chamber is doable, i have seen people try to use biofuel but it is too inefficient compared to oil for people to give it a second thought.
