Seperate elevator-permission Back

In my town, there is a big apartment building for all residents, and they only have trust there. The problem is that this building is reached by using elevators, and the permission for elevators is switch. This means that if I want my residents to be able to use elevator blocks, they can also access every chest in the whole town and steal stuff. It would be very cool if there would be a seperate permission type for elevator blocks, that wouldnt interfere with any other permissions for other stuff.
