Cruiser Torps Back

Currently, cruisers can't sacrifice cannon fp for torps. However, there are several different combinations with cruisers where you can max out their cannon capacity but still have some left over fp (like 9x 9in guns). It would be nice if the leftover firepower in these instances could be used for torps. I understand the reason why cruisers can't sacrifice cannon fp, given their large fp capacity, but it would be nice if the leftover firepower that can't be used for additional cannons could be used for 1 or 2 more torps. Let me know what you think.

The amount of damage-per-second that light cruisers are capable of outputting when comparing their size to other crafts already paints a pretty clear picture of their imbalance. Granted, with dreadnoughts getting a 1 m/s speed increase, cruisers aren't AS unbalanced, but they are still disproportionately powerful compared to dreadnoughts and/or destroyers. Their torpedo armament is already sufficient at dealing significant damage to other ships and that plus the ludicrous amount of DPS 9-inch guns are capable of means that additional firepower on cruisers would just be plain unbalanced and a step backward right after more balance was added to other crafts.
