Staff and name changes Back

Currently on ccnet, only the Admin level staff are allowed to do name changes, which can sometimes take a long time to do and can be burdensome on some of the admins. If helpers are able to perform the name changes, then not only will the player benefit by having their name change done sooner, admins get some relief because they are not forced to do the name change. Cheers!

This can't really be done cause it needs access to player data. Its also very tricky ive heard most of the admins won't even touch them.

Having access to user data is a privilege helpers are not made to handle.

One minor mistake or "learning opportunity" and a player's data is just gone.
