Incendiary Shells doing 0 damage Back

Currently, in ccnet Nations the incendiary shell damage is currently 0, I do not know if this is a bug, but it doesn't make any sense a litteral shell flying towards you doing 0 damage.
I don't think it is due to its class of Incendiary, since we got Armor Piercing shells doing a lot of damage to players, and their class is not focused towards killing players.
