basically, one day , i drove into a town and ran out of fuel. I could not access the furnace or the chests inside it, and i had trouble with it for few days untill the mayor of the town is online. If hoppers are a allowded block on trucks or other movecraft vehicle that requires fuel, these problems will never occur and prevent further risk of loss or theft of the vehicle by the town members.
