Add a new naval siege region in the south atlantic ocean. It could be contested by Nova_Byzantium, Shinseistan, American Syndicate, Trindade and others. The existing altantic siege region is very far up north.

I think new naval sieges can and should be added in opposition to the beached-towns siege but I dies not have to be necessarily in South Atlantic. Plus the daily income should be reduced if such happens.

I agree since there should be more areas ppl want to siege over and the south Atlantic is a perfect candidate since South America and central/South Africa have access to this area (at least on their respective sides west/eastwards)
