I wouldn’t mind chasing ppl around to get kills tbh and this would also make an interesting dynamic for trying to get enemy nations to do less deliveries through contracts and stuff of the sort

It got removed cause it was glitched. If he fixed it, I'm sure plenty of people would have used it.

Also, some people have way too much money and this could help lower their balance a bit. Given that there is someone who they hate.
