This was to prevent last minute town hops, if you want to join in on a siege, join earlier.

This was added because to not /suicide and teleport to new town for trading
it takes like 10 min to take away like 10 dubs from one part of the world to the other

yeah its really annoying and if want to prevent transporting things from town to town by joining and suiciding then atleast keep a limit of like 3-5 times that you can change towns in 24 hours
