So people (specifically rich people) are complaining about not having a "money dump" so here are some options

1. /lock should cost a few hundred that you don't get back when you /unlock. That being said, there should be a /unlock all...
2. if you make it so that withdrawing gold and silver gives you less than you put in, people would lose money anytime they use gold/silver. It doesn't have to be a crazy amount. Even losing 10% of the gold due to withdrawal would be enough (put's in 60 gold, 60 gold gets converted to x, withdraws x, get's back 54).
3. idk if commands specific to certain /ranks cost money but those too should cost a few hundred
