In the Change Log, it is told that the Old Plugin Firearms will NOT be refunded for various reason which some of them are mentioned in such Log.
However, it's in the best interest of those who put effort to craft most of the Old Firearms, spending resources in a viable option back in the day to receive an compensation from said items being recycled into scrap.

To be honest, most of the Old Firearms crafting materials remain untouched, having, however, being added other materials to make such mass production harded but more rewarding.

It is also said that the main reasons behind such denial are:
- The old guns were created for a different plugin, so conversion would not be automatic.
- Some old guns no longer exist.
- The old guns were extremely cheap and easily mass-produced. The recipes have changed to make gun production more expensive.

While the 2 first mentioned reasons are within the bounderies of acceptance, the 3rd one ends up contradicting the idea itself. If they were extremely cheap to make, refunding them would not wield a great amount of resources, therefore, not perturbing the economy at great scale while still allowing the previous crafters to recover materials from this plugin switch.

I believe that I can speak from everyone that wishes to refund their outdated arsenal that the main resource one wishes to recover is the steel ingots, largely used on a various of warfare supplies production including both the old and the new Firearms.
