remove depth charges from bombers, add 3 new aircraft called helicopter, attack helicopter, heavy bomber and disabled bomber
helicopter: minimum block of 100, max of 200, can have 1 fighter cannon, slower than fighter, needs destroyer, cruiser, zeppelin or aircraftcarrier to operate, destroyer gives helicopter 100 range, cruiser gives 200, zeppelin 250 and aircraft carrier 300, can carry depth charges (maximum height 75)
attack helicopter: minimmum block of 50, max of 100, can have 4 fighter cannon, faster than helicopter, slower than fighter, but has high rotate cooldown, can carry 4 fighter cannons, cannot carry depth charges, destroyer gives 50 range, cruiser 100, zeppelin 200 and aircraft carrier 250 (to not be too op) (maximum height 50)
heavy bomber: zeppelin thats fast and can carry 50 coal blocks at max, however each nation can only have 2 heavy bombers piloted at the same time and towns without nations or players without town cant have 1, make it also be pilotable as “disabledbomber” which basicly lets it be piloted as a zeppelin but not able to fire bombs or torpedos, disabledbomber also has no limit in pilots per nation however townless or nationless still cannot pilot, heavy bomber also can only fire within freindly or enemy towns and naval seige regoins (not land) to prevent greifing, heavy bomber also has no explosion particles to prevent lag, it also has super long rotate cooldown
