Move Pacific Time 2-3 hours Later to allow NA Timezone Participation Back

2 pm for Europeans, and evening for Asians but Early morning for Americans. Evening for Europeans, Night for Asians and Morning for Americans would be better as all timezones can participate technically. Rn Americans cant quite participate unless they log on early morning.

Big portion of CCNet are Americans and most CCNet asians arent past India very few are except from philippinos I dont ever see actual Japanese ppl. Also Sadfrog ofc its night for u, ure Australian not asian afaik.
