After months separated from his beloved town, his exuberance, masterbigbear took it back to raucous applause and screams of excitement. While he has no money, resources, slimefun, residents, movecraft or wives, masterbigbear still has the drive needed to turn this town from a wreck, to a proper city. The main work done on the Indonesian town has been in fixing the sprawling roads and expanding on the coastal infrastructure. However, a new project is starting in the town, known as the "WNS-B38 Super Factory", WNS stands for "west new samarinda" and B-38 having no meaning at all. The factory will usher in a new age of prosperity for masterbigbear- I mean New Samarinda, covering 35 chunks, a towering factory to be filled with slimefun. His radiance, masterbigbear has labelled the factory as "that which will return New Samarinda to a place of global dominance and renown."

Engineers and architects alike have labelled his excellence, masterbigbear as "quite insane", but yet he persists with the vision. The factory will tickle height limit, containing a full dust farming setup, charcoal farms, crop farms and a special sugarcane farm. His gloriance, masterbigbear, has also outlined a system, mercifully simplified for the significantly less intelligent people of New Samarinda and beyond.

Workers will be divided into their own sections, banned from talking, and overseen by a manager, who will employ any methods to crack down on unions or slothfulness. The managers receive a weekly quota from head offices, and have to enforce the quota. At the end of a grinding session, the worker will put the produce into their allocated quota chest. If they reach the quota, they receive full pay. If they can't complete their quota due to somebody in a former chamber not meeting theirs, they receive no compensation, and have to blame the former chambers for their misfortune. This creates a culture of blame his fragrancy worries might break a few Oceanic labour laws >_<. If the quota is met exactly, then not a single factory item will be wasted, and full pay will be delivered to all who work under this glorious system. Nobody can say his fruitiness isn't ecologically minded.
