Good read, a few things though:

1. MihaiGamerul wasn't exhausted from running the nation. In fact, one of the reasons people no longer wanted him in power was because he didn't do much/didn't make noticeable, long-term differences.

2. MihaiGamerul didn't attempt to gain the co-leader rank, he tried to get the leader rank back. He couldn't get co-leader back because Shinseistan turned into a constitutional monarchy and you can't manually give coleader ranks. Additionally, he lost every election he ran in.

3. After learning about his questionable relations with our greatest enemies, I said he wasn't allowed to run for co-leader because of his questionable loyalty. Because of this, he attempted to hold a vote in the nation discord, removed my perms from the discord, and gave perms to an enemy within the discord and announcements channel. As you can see in the image, he lost...badly.
