This could create a few very terrible scenarios, for example having a fort leave your nation then getting sieged and not being able to use that fort to stop your nation from getting vassaled. Nor is it really a problem, just siege the new fort.

Ijust, i love how you don't even try to hide the fact that the only time you make suggestions is when the opposite side does something against you using it. Like, you don't give a shit about server gameplay, all you want is for your side to win. If you really cared about healthy gameplay, make suggestions like turtle who actually cares about fair gameplay whether or not his side benefits from it or not.

As for the actual suggestion itself:

1. No Roman town except Jena is currently unoccupied (because all of them are closer to Livland than Jena.

2. If you really consider it occupation evasion, you could've tried to win Jena, it was sieged too

3. Staff already said it's legal if the town stays in the nation till the other fort gets unoccupied/town falls.

You should not prevent towns, specially peaceful towns, from joining a nation if it's not vassalased, regardless of being fully occupied or not.
However, a cooldown should be implemented for another unpeaceful town to join any nation that recently suffered an conquering siege loss. This would prevent that nations would be able to not be vassalaged by simply inviting another unpeaceful town and, often, leaving the previous unpeaceful town fall to avoid occupation.

Yes, 24/7 tank shelling at the fort while your own deepslate box of a siege town can't be damaged seems very fair. Using a shipyard to fix damages is totally abuse, even though its not against rules and your own attacker "fort" is invulnerable.

Ijust usually only makes suggestions whenever he sees something that is unfair, and in this case, it is. If u phrase it a certain way then it’s pretty obvious an unfair mechanic. It’s just another workaround to avoiding occupation, just like towns leaving the nation before the occupation happens
