Enable Ender Backpack in Nations Back

Ender Backpack is good and is a better version of Enderchest. And it's not exploitable (hopefully) or able to break the game balance.

It's too problematic unfortunately, people can use them to store away their items before they die, or carry extra pots to combat.

I already carry around like a stack of ender chests with me at all times anyway, it's the same effect as an ender backpack just a little less convenient, solves the issue with the pcp that they mentioned as you can't place blocks in pvp
