In server pvp, in the saigon gamemode, the guns kits have 3 stacks of ammo for both pistol and rifle which ridiculous and rest of its is pots.
Everyone runs of out of pots here and no one runs of gun ammo no matter how big of a gun spammer your. so my suggestion is to reduce the amount of ammo, for rifle ammo 2 stacks and for pistol ammo 1 stack, and fill that gap with health pots, because health pots are required for both pvpers and gun spammers.

( There is also a bug going on your health bar isnt decreasing at all fix that as well)

I'm more interested in knowing why you think Saigon is "gun spamming", and what would need to change about gun combat in order for it to not be "spamming".

Gunspamming is basically people using only guns, sniping everyone from far and walking backwards when people are trying to hit you and spamming the gun. To be less of gun spamming just decrease the ammo by a lot even less than what i mentioned in above, so that there wont be a lot of ammo people will start using guns like whenever needed. unlike now because there lot of ammo people are just spamming it everywhere. but in general now its balanced like i see people pvping and people using guns a lot like there are some people who do gunspamming and some who do pvp and some (like me) who do both and some even movecraft, But not like you everyone just gunspamming each other.

Nah increase ammo even more, I kill a lot of people and run out of ammo and Im bound to suicide to keep playing. Its a gun map
