You could be onto something here, I was thinking something more like this:

If you get a kill you get some extra points for having keep inventory off and once you toggle it on you can’t toggle it back for the battle session.

Players with keep inventory earn less points for kills but still have keep inventory on.

(This is just an idea as I understand that pvpers like the loot being dropped but it’s nice seeing an increase in players attending sieges because of keep inventory.)

Please expand on this idea and I’m not even sure if my idea even is possible.

(The extra points part is just an incentive for both sides to toggle off keep inventory)

Or just what I said before, some way to have "perks" which are customizable for wars that force you to opt for specific things that you can do. One of them would be either keep inventory or some other buffs that would make you really consider if you want it or not. Getting extra points from kills is fine (pvp deaths, not movecraft cuz they can be naked), however i feel like the maximum limit to points should be increased first to account for that since you can cap 38k points overnight to someone which is 95% of their advantage. If you are able to stock up more points from kills that would clearly give you a bigger advantage since "you won the fights" which should be more rewarding than "being on the banner while no one is there"

Yeah I agree my reply was more just stating a singular idea what I thought of quickly and hoped it could be expanded upon but all you just said seems more thought through and can agree with all of it.

this would turn everyone into gunspammers..

this would further stop people from going to pvp because big name pvpers can go in and 3v1 the people who have keep inventory and get infinite points.

I like the concept but worry about how it will be implemented.

like i said the only people to ever complain about keep inventory are from rich nations and can get sets within seconds.

keep inventory is a turn off for these pvpers because thats all they log on for, kill people flex their items, talk about how broke the enemy is and then log off.

I think keep in without damage to sieges

I dislike the idea of officially endorsing a style of gameplay which consists of people sitting on a fort and shooting.

1. It isn't fun nor engaging. One of my objectives is to transition gun combat away from this.
2. You're unlikely to die if your task is to just shoot from defenses, so keep inventory wouldn't have much of an impact.

Indeed, its more fun to sit on a fort and shoot when the enemy actually has the ability to get inside the town so you actually have the feeling and need to do the defending instead of just suppressing. But with the current siegewar system both defending and fort design is goofy as you can already see

siege started a hour back but im in class.

by the looks of it the attackers are storming upwards of 30+ people onto banner at once. capping then running back and gunspamming so that people cant go and take reversal.

at this point i dont think its keep inventory anymore.
