Idk if this is a suggestion, but I couldn't find another place to write this. I'm not tryna be rude to the staff, I just wanna tell my opinion which others agree on.
So basically this is not the first time it happened. They banned Leaders from MEU 2 or 3 months ago, and now CE, for completely no reason. I know, that in rule 14.:
"We reserve the right to ban anyone
If we don’t think you are a benefit to our community and are degrading our server, we reserve the right to do as we please with you."
This rule should be changed. Staff should not ban people for literally no reason, and then coming up with a fake, or not entirely true one.
For now, I'm not saying, that staff always ban people because they just want to. I say, that sometimes it is not always well reasoned or proven. Staff shouldn't just ban, even if its temporary ban, if they hear that someone is, for example: cheating. They should look onto it, maybe use anticheat with a warning system, that just detects cheats, but doesn't engage without a person.
Also. These accusations does not apply to every staff, especially not helpers. I don't want to say names right now, but I could.
Another thing: There should be new admins and mods. We have the same ones like we did in N1. Those admins and moderators probably have some people who they befriend or prefer more then others, and they are on those players side in most of the situations. Admins should take situations objectively. And to prove this opinion look at these examples:
After Warszawa siege, mods and admins assumed that the MEU leaders (who won the fight with huge difference) were hiding an alt, who they didn't know was an alt, and they didn't know about who was the original account of it. Now they banned the Cultist leaders, accusing them of exploiting (they had towns close to fort). First, that's not exploit, that's rule breaking (fake reasoning), second, the server doesn't even let you claim close to forts, and staff agreed on, that old towns, like Cairo and New_Cairo can stay, because they were made before this rule.
Also, because of these random, unreasoned actions, other people, who are untouched of these actions quit too. Because they realize what I did, and they say they had enough of these. You might get rid of some people who are bad for the server, but if it isn't well reasoned, you will lose too much old players. Only thing keeping me from quitting is enjoyment of the server and the time I spent on it.
PS: I didn't write this to get banned or anything (In fact I shouldn't be punished for sharing my opinion. I have every right to do so. It is in the great lawbook that the sharing of public opinion shouldn't be kept away, or punished.). I just shared a popular opinion. If others agree, upvote this post.
