I Think This Will be the best suggestion if it will Implemented.

First I Will Talk About the Things Which are bad and players don't like them are these.than i will give you the suggestion how to make these things best

1,Movecrafts
2,guns

Movecrafts:
As all of us know about the movements of Movecrafts in server that how they moves,and how much it it difficult to handle them.first we need to make them and than they moves ,it looks so sick . flying a plane and do bombing with crafts also lookss so bad .this movement and controling the and firing with crafts does not gives the taste of war .i think these types of movecrafts must not be included in nations .i am not talking about the designs .the design are looking good but the movement of crafts especially planes which are on sky if someone is not piolted are bad.

Guns:
Now i will talk about the guns .there are some guns in the game but the players want more guns like (AKM,AWM,M249,Famas,MP-40+ 30 more guns)but these guns are also not present in server.

Now if we want to add more guns and to add movecrafts which provides best experience and also have good movement and firing mechanics so the only thing we need to add the mods .i know that installing the mods is not easy but there would be a way each player must install the mods to get these movecrafts and guns. the server will help people for installing mods .there is no rocket science.the server has a potential to do this.
