I think integrating small little minigames every 10/20 or even 30 minutes would be extremely beneficial to players and staff because it will give players something small, they can partake in and it will increase player activity. Towny is a long term game where progress it created over periods of time and I think sometimes when things can get slow it would be fun for a message to pop up in chat for either spleef, or hunger games or maybe a team death match and when players click the minigame they can be teleported to an arena with kits and the winners can get a small reward and once they die, players will be summoned back to towny/nations. I have personally integrated this on previous towny'earth servers I worked with and player feedback was very positive about this addition.
