Players are free to make content about the server as they are the ones involved in events that happen and should be the source of them.

Not a criticism of CCnet but more its community, theres very little to make content on news wise. No nations really do Role Play or Diplomacy very well pretty much every war boils down to either a personal grievance or a grievance made personal. The actual News Network servers usually end up with people coping in their columns. No one cares about peace or nation-building projects, theres a minority that do. Its a shame but thats why it wouldn't work.

A lot of us have in the past and still at times make content from using little to no roleplay as it mostly depends on the people themselves and how creative they can get with things, I've a bunch of videos where I dragged on a story about japan vs oe wars and about my own shenanigans and have also produced a news paper in the early days of n2 so it really can be done.
