New mob: Penguins Back

We should add Penguins to ccnet, they will be very trash at PvP and just be cute. They should be costly mobs that people can pet. They should be spawning in Antarctica. They will be hostile mobs but they don't really do any real damage. They should be in groups to protect each other but still a newbie to PvP should be able to kill them. They should also have a small chance to drop a katana/a lot of xp. To conclude, this would add a cute mob to the game and not cause any problems because they quick drop, it will also add a way other than crates to get katanas.
