basically same way colored allies/enemies work, u can toggele it, or disable it

unnecessary bloat on the server that not more than 2 people will use on a sunday night and never use it again after its introduction. You can instead modify your own resourcepack and just remove helmet textures from it, easy fix. There are countless similar resourcepacks that change how the helmet looks and other shebang, just use one of them.

These small things you might not appreciate can add up to make the server better. Stuff like this is just cool, it makes the server feel more alive.

Debatable statements that arent really part of this suggestion as im talking on technical behalf and what is worth doing. Also as I addressed above, it wont get used more than 3 times and then forgotten forever as it serves no other purpose than looking at players head for like idk once or twice for some reason.

no its not.

Let me explain this in simple terms, when a command triggers the helmet removal you are no longer working with resource packs but instead the server side packets itself that are sent to your minecraft client to display that part of the armor, this requires a lot of packet bs that is done to "fake" it and its not worth the effort when evaluating the purpose of said mechanic, also you can literally just use your client side resource packs to achieve the same thing in less than 3 clicks.
