Make a book of complaints. This could work for higher ups (managers/owner) to see what the community has to share about their experiences with staff and about the server all together.
Thid could also mean a book of reviews/compliments could be added together with the book of complaints.
Reason for this idea is that right now there isnt really a way to complain if not for tickets, which doesnt really work out most times.
