Movecraft already takes skill, so this isn't to prevent log ons from coming. The only thing this would change is PVP regions. So I don't understand why you would want this?

Ccnet movecraft is ccnet exclusive so any imported movecrafters (almost 0 due to lack of active movecraft based server) will have to learn ccnet movecraft
