Quarters as they currently are aren’t a very good way to have players in apartments because they don’t let the mayor of the town claim the recruit bonus because they “don’t have a plot” when in reality they have the quarters apartment
Improvements
1. Make it so quarters count as a plot but also make sure you can’t run commands like /plot toggle explosions unless your the town mayor or the one who created the quarter.
2. Make it so you can have PvP quarters. this could be a great implementation for sieges for one because in the ganks if you want PvP on in there you have too make the whole plot pvp on even if you only want it in ganks. these pvp quarters could also make events involving a colosseum easier because you could make a pvp quarters to pvp in the middle while the outside stands are not pvpable.
3. Maybe make quarters commands easier or add a /quarters guide to explain it to new players making apartments in there town on how to make the players a quarter + how to get them to claim it + how to claim recruit bonuses from the player owning the quarter instead of a plot.
4. you could utilize this if you also added all the /plot toggle commands for stuff like mines underneath a town. in towns as they are now players have to either go out of claims to mine or they can mine with trust in town but not in other players chunks if they can mine at all. that’s why i also propose a /quarters toggle mining command to be added to make mining easier in towns so you would make a quarters underground and make it so the residents can mine in it. just mine though because you don’t want them placing blocks or nuking the bottom of your town.
