I think sieges need to be way more unforgiving for defenders but harder for attackers. An idea for this is to slightly buff the points defenders can get in conquest sieges by like 15% (not concrete number), but buff the points the occupiers get in revolt sieges by like 25% (not concrete number). Revolts are a joke and they're basically decided by whoever places the banner first, which is just a really stupid mechanic, and means 2 players in 2 minutes basically decide a whole siege. Suppression sieges shouldn't give this point buff tho. This is so the occupiers can decide whether they want a point buff or banner placement
This would make sieges way more dynamic and immediately revolting and getting unoccupied 2 weeks after losing a defensive siege is way less likely to happen. Other than some hurt egos for 2 weeks, sieges basically mean nothing other than pvp, which can get stale after doing the same thing every week
