Seeing as CCNet's action is very player oriented with mostly PvP and barely and PvE, I think more PvE based fights would bring some more entertainment to CCNet along with also giving something other than "just pvp"
Basically, NPC's would spawn and attack people inside of a peaceful town with Guns, swords, horses, grenades, and bows. They would come in varying levels of difficulty depending on town size, the different levels presenting more variation in weaponry and bigger numbers.
The raid would last a certain # of time, players from anywhere could come and fight the Raiders, which would drop loot from themselves and loot from players they killed. If all the raiders die, the Raid ends, and you get some money, resources, and loot as a reward. If the timer ends, the raiders leave with the loot they've gotten from kills, leaving you no reward unless from those you already killed.
After some days of Raids, there would be a "Raiders Camp" or "Raiders Base" that would randomly spawn somewhere in wilderness. You would have to siege this Camp or base, which contains loot from all towns raided in the past few days. The banner would spawn in the center of the camp, forcing you to make your way inside.
If you win the siege, you get all loot from there, if you lose the camp/base respawns and respawns somewhere else.
(This is all to add a sense of PvE into CCNet aside from "slimfun bosses" you can spawn using an altar. It's definitely something that fits with the theme of the server and imo would give a different scenery compared to the same old sieges everyone goes to.)
