With the way that Nations sieges go, its getting to the point where we as players don't even have time to build or do anything nation-building related. Every week, starting from Monday, we have to prepare ourselves for sieges, and then rinse and repeat the process. Nations I believe shouldn't just be all about Sieges, it should also be about Building Nations.

Therefore, I suggest that for every 4 weeks or so of sieges, there's should at least be a week of "Peace", aka no sieging, this will allow people the opportunity to do some Nations Developing. Now I get that people will try to abuse this to occupy their enemies for longer, but that can be avoided by making it so that you don't get occupation taxed as much, or no occupation tax during those weeks. But either way, having the chance to actually Build & Develop Nations without worrying about Sieges will keep players invested in their own nations, and will stop people from having burn-outs and quitting.

quite cool, but also means people would focus their effort on the 3rd week, so they get a guaranteed week of tax

Rick is correct, although the benefits from this change make it worthwhile nonetheless. It certainly becomes more of a problem if we add "break weeks" and would require rebalancing of siege and revolt immunity times.

I agree with 1 week break part, since there isnt enough time between siege immunities so both sides can take break, but i do not agree with ,,freed from occupation tax". even tho u said it can be abused by attackers to have 1 week of free occupation, by removing it, u are considered as abusive defender. u may remove bonus tax and overclaim tax but full tax removal is kinda not fair, i have been attacker and almost only attacker for so many months and preperations take so much time and nerves that u for sure deserve the occupation money for it, over 200k is spent per offence and defenders are already ready so advantage is fully on defender's side. so what i say is dont remove FULL occupation tax cause its kinda unfair, even if u put 50% tax only it will be fair enough. plus giving 1 week freedom for occupied defenders means they wont get suppression sieged which is always happening so occupied defender wont get oportunity to prepare a lot better than overlords. so with this 1 week break u are giving even more advantage to defenders (and attackers of course). except 1 week is a lot bigger time for defenders than attackers

good call on having occupation taxes continue in the safe week.
suggesting attackers are abusive for doing 3 weeks occupation while not suggesting defenders are abusive for having 1 week occupation (if u siege end of month u would get 1 week taxed + 1 week no tax) is silly
