I'm not seeing either a coherent suggestion or an actual articulation of your problem.

Please elaborate, in its current state it's a misuse of the suggestions board.

What you've done is effectively state that there is a problem without going into detail as to what the problem is or how you would like to see it solved. Suggestions are not a wishlist, but rather a place to articulate what you would like to see implemented and preferably how.

Beating the bush isn't the way to go, if there is a problem and one staff member is unable to resolve it our discord server is always open for support tickets where others can take a look at your problem.

You do know that this only applies to folks who sell items and blatantly use Minecraft’s own items to make money. Most of this server is custom assets the staff developed specifically for this server. Also Idk about you but I don’t think Bill Gates gives a damn about the EULA

I don't expect staff to have anything more than a broad understanding of the EULA. EULA compliance is my concern, not theirs. I must also point out that the revised version of the EULA (which is more permissive) contains a lot of ambiguity. Many finer points are only clarified in direct correspondence between server owners and Mojang, so it isn't fair to expect lower-ranking staff to know its finer details.

You really wanna threaten the server staff using your donator rank? Thats just a wack move. This suggestion is rather broad aswell. No explanation, just an opinion without argument.
