S3xyBerry no offense, but did u realise that? Magma cube spawners used to be 13K, now almost worthless. Blaze spawners used to be 15K, then 3K, now just 1K. All other spawners dropped from 3K to 1K.
Energized capacitators used to sell at 10K, now sell under 4K.

These prices are more affordable, but then how would you grind money for exelcisor, or movecrafts wich are not influenced by the /value

The economy currently cotrolled by players as a result the prices changes immoderate. For example, at the beginning of this year, the price of Binding Runes was around $1800. However, prices started to rise and 1-2 months ago they were between $2400 and $2600. Now, the price has returned to $1800.

Some items ex. Dirt's Price shouldnt change, I mean that some of items/blocks worth shouldnt changed by players.

yes, the prices are stupid, some of us know, but new people just use /value and make things worse

I'm not convinced this is the case. Do you have evidence to support this assertion? Certainly rune and netherite prices have been climbing for a while now.

You are describing how prices in a market change due to supply and demand, and /value is only intended to help buyers and sellers uncover market prices. The market price falls because people are willing to sell for less, and people are willing to buy at these cheaper prices. This behavior is expected in competitive markets.

It is not clear what you mean by "fair prices". Fair according to whom? Buyers? Sellers? Isn't the market price already "fair" by showing the price at which buyers and sellers are both willing to trade at? If "fair prices" are decided by asking buyers and sellers to negotiate, we're essentially trying to replicate what happens in a market but in a much more inefficient way.

There are a few more problems:

- These prices would not be updated fast enough to reflect sudden shocks in supply or demand.
- Determining these prices would be time-consuming.
- Setting a price that is too high or too low could have implications for other items.

the servers nations are ran by players, The fights are decided by the players, the resources are used by the players, then why should their prices be controlled by staff, its a player run economy, they decided what they want to sell and for what price, you state that spawenrs are going for cheap, well at a time binding runes were $400 now they are about $2k at times, this is just how community decides what they wanna buy and whats worth it. movecraft prices are based off the items required and people who build them, you cant sell me a newbies dreadnaught for the same price as a veterans cause both will still be ships but one would be optimised and built from experience, such factors decided economy and I think its perfect to let it fluctuate based of player choices.

Value is pretty accurate except for the items that are sold at $10 like duct-tape. It's also surprisingly easy to set the price for items when you're the most efficient producer of it. This is why fuyuscarl sold runes and fuel way overpriced and also how I doubled wool value in a short time

This entire suggestion states, quite literally, that the system is working precisely as intended.
